This course focuses on embedding change school-wide. The four units include essential questions and reflective prompts where educators make thinking visible.

• Convince Others: Explore ways to frame evidence, so messages about creative teaching and learning are compelling to stakeholders. Demonstrate the power of storytelling and art as a persuasive language.
• Consistency and Customization: Address how a consistent vision can align with different teaching styles. Build consensus on what principles are non-negotiable and how teachers can flexibly customize this approach. Practice the CREATE coaching protocol.
• Change as a School-wide Journey: Visualize your school's journey acknowledging that individuals change at different paces. Unpack emotional baggage and coach colleagues along the journey.
• Creating Culturally Responsive Learning Environments: Celebrate diversity. Reflect on self-identity and teaching practices.  Intentionally increase cultural relevance. Address equity and access to art in education.
